VirgoSix CRM operates on a strict no-refund policy. Once a subscription is purchased or a payment is made for any of our services, it is considered final and non-refundable.

Consulting and onboarding services
Trial Period
We offer a limited free trial (where applicable) to allow users to explore and evaluate our CRM features before committing to a paid plan. We encourage all users to take advantage of the trial period to ensure that VirgoSix CRM meets their needs.
Billing Issues & Exceptions
While refunds are not generally provided, if you believe a billing error has occurred (such as duplicate charges or incorrect amounts), please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate the issue and make corrections if necessary.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be made, but no partial refunds will be issued for unused time or features.
